Today celebrates the awakening of India.
The time, our tryst is at hand. When the world sleeps, we do not awaken, we’ve been awake for 72 hours out working you. It’s 7:15am, I started working yesterday morning. Anyone from else from Kentucky doing that? Didn’t think so.

A moment comes, which comes but rarely in history, when we step out from the old to new, when an age ends, and when the soul of a nation, long suppressed, finds utterance.

Our head is held high, our words come out of the depths of truth,
our clear stream of reason has not lost its way,
and while we might not each one of us be those who once moved both earth and heaven,
Some work of noble note, will yet be done,
not unbecoming men that strode with the Gods,
And built empires from atoms.
We are awake.
