Straight from Chikmagalur’s Melkodige Estate, where owner Mr. Aveen worked his wizardry with a 72hr Intenso Yeast Anaerobic Fermentation. The result? A super complex naturals that’s pure poetry in a bean.

At Rossette, we couldn’t pick one perfect roast so we didn’t. Launching TWO profiles from the same lot:
✨Light Roast (SCA 87+): Lavender, Earl Grey, Blueberry, Yuzu Candy – floral heaven for pourovers & manual brews.
🍫Medium Roast (SCA 86+):Milk Chocolate, Sweet Lime, Lavender, Mulberry, Spices – pour-over perfection or killer espresso/milk drinks.
