वात प्रकृति की विशेषताएं (Vata Imbalance Symptons)
आयुर्वेद की दृष्टि से किसी भी व्यक्ति के स्वास्थ्य और रोगों के इलाज में उसकी प्रकृति का विशेष योगदान रहता है। इसी प्रकृति के आधार पर ही रोगी को उसके अनुकूल खानपान और औषधि की सलाह दी जाती है।
वात दोष के गुणों के आधार पर ही वात प्रकृति के लक्षण नजर आते हैं. जैस कि रूखापन गुण होने के कारण भारी आवाज, नींद में कमी, दुबलापन और त्वचा में रूखापन जैसे लक्षण होते हैं. शीतलता गुण के कारण ठंडी चीजों को सहन ना कर पाना, जाड़ों में होने वाले रोगों की चपेट में जल्दी आना, शरीर कांपना जैसे लक्षण होते हैं. शरीर में हल्कापन, तेज चलने में लड़खड़ाने जैसे लक्षण लघुता गुण के कारण होते हैं।
इसी तरह सिर के बालों, नाखूनों, दांत, मुंह और हाथों पैरों में रूखापन भी वात प्रकृति वाले लोगों के लक्षण हैं. स्वभाव की बात की जाए तो वात प्रकृति वाले लोग बहुत जल्दी कोई निर्णय लेते हैं. बहुत जल्दी गुस्सा होना या चिढ़ जाना और बातों को जल्दी समझकर फिर भूल जाना भी पित्त प्रकृति वाले लोगों के स्वभाव में होता है।
From the point of view of Ayurveda, nature has a special contribution in the health and treatment of diseases of any person. On the basis of this nature, the patient is advised to have suitable food and medicine for him.
The symptoms of Vata nature are visible only on the basis of the properties of Vata dosha. As it has dryness properties, there are symptoms like heavy voice, lack of sleep, thinness, and dryness in the skin. Due to its coolness, there are symptoms like not being able to tolerate cold things, falling prey to winter diseases, trembling of the body. Symptoms such as tightness in the body, staggering in brisk walking are due to the shortness quality.
Similarly, dryness in the hair, nails, teeth, mouth, and hands and feet of the head are also symptoms of people with Vata nature. Talking about nature, people with Vata nature take a decision very quickly. Getting angry or irritated very quickly and understanding things quickly and then forgetting is also in the nature of people with pitta nature.
