Jokes apart, most parents do the best they can with what they have got, but sometimes there best still isn't good enough.
Acknowledging that few things done by them have had a negative impact on you doesn't make them the worst parents or you the worst children, but if helps you understand things better and heal, then allow yourself to acknowledge their mistakes without feeling guilty as nobody is perfect. x)
