Today is National Girls Child. One of the objectives of the program is to promote girls education. Education for girls in villages is still a very big challenge. Especially when it comes to science education. Village schools have no science labs to teach science or teachers to teach science. Boys can still go nearby cities or towns to learn science but girls will not be permitted to do so. We all need to seriously think about it.
