Gunjan guided the practice with rare steadiness and care — a slow, mindful unfolding of spine and breath that invited each practitioner to move inward. The emphasis was not on depth of posture, but on depth of listening: connecting body, breath, and awareness in a way that felt both safe and stable.

What emerged in our yoga hall was more than a sequence — it was shared presence. A community practising with attentiveness, humility, and trust in the process.

We are truly honoured to hold space with such a dedicated and heartfelt sangha. 🤍
