The day we made this announcement, we chose to conduct an internal voting within our family. The catch was, every team member had to give us a valid reason on how will they used the weekends. We were surprised with the answers

"Master technical skills to immerse myself more with our customers..."
"spend time with family, so that I can come for work refreshed...."
"Go through the training content that will help me increase my productivity and flow...."

We took the decision!
Our support team still functions all 7 days on rotation, to serve our customers better.
