**Job Title:** Building Interior and Civil Estimate/Tender Preparation Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented specialist in Building Interior and Civil Estimate/Tender Preparation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and tenders for various interior design and civil construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for building interiors and civil works.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Evaluate materials, labor, equipment, and other project costs.
- Develop and maintain a database of material and labor costs specific to interior and civil projects.
- Prepare detailed, itemized cost breakdowns and present them to clients and management.
- Develop and submit tenders for interior and civil projects, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Revise estimates and tenders as necessary based on project changes and updates.
- Ensure all estimates and tenders comply with industry standards and company policies.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in preparing estimates and tenders for building interior and civil projects.
- Strong understanding of interior and civil construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
- Proficiency in estimating and tender preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
