At JIMS Rohini, Orientation Week is more than a welcome, it's the foundation of a transformative management journey.

Designed for the PGDM, PGDM (International Business), and PGDM (Retail Management) Batch (2026–28), the week featured an enriching series of sessions led by distinguished industry leaders, corporate professionals, accomplished alumni and experienced faculty.

From cultivating a growth mindset and setting meaningful goals to strengthening teamwork, executive presence and personal well-being, every session was thoughtfully curated to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the corporate world. Interactive workshops, experiential learning activities, and insightful discussions encouraged students to develop resilience, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning.
