To get the best department through chsl15 of your own interest, you should start lodging grievances or rti to know whether they will allow you to change post preference or not.
Though it is written in the notification too that a chance will be given but it is hard to believe that the same line was written in the notification of 2014 too. Your guys can check and candidates were not allowed to do so.

Stop messaging us and asking for choice of DEPARTMENT( DEO,PA,SA,LDC) because it is not sure that whether SSC will allow u to change these preference or not.
They will just get a form filled by you having the department preference of LDC.

Admit cards of DOCUMENT VERIFICATION will be posted in the coming week on the regional website of the commission.
Candidates can check their admit cards from their respective regional website.
Wait for the coming week for it.

◆Things to be taken at the time of DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION.
1. 10th,12th passing certificate.
2. 10th,12th mark sheet.
3. 6 passport size photograph.
4. Category certificate (if any)
5. Admit card for document verification along with the post preference form.
6. 1 original ID proof along with photocopy of the same.
7. One set of photocopy of all of the above documents.
