Like every year, this year also, our college celebrated Independence Day on 12th August 2022 with great joy and pomp. On that day the sense of happiness and pride could be clearly seen on the faces of all the people as India was celebrating Aazadi ka amrit mahotsav .The program started with "tiranga yatra" in which a parade was led by NCC Cadets. After the parade was over, everyone unfurled the flag together in the front lawn of college premises. As soon as the flag was hosted, everyone sang the national anthem. After that, everyone headed to the auditorium for a special program which included various performances by college students and speech by the Guest of Honour (Sh. Danish Ashraf, IAS Officer; Deputy
Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation)
and by the Chief Guest (Ms.Anupriya Patel, Union Minister of State,
Ministry of Commerce and Industry) in which they congratulated college for completing it's 75 years and commented on topics of common interests. Society of general awareness proudly attended this event with great enthusiasm and a sense of patriotism and celebrated 75 years of India's Independence and our college's platinum jubilee year.
