The Silicon Courtyard was envisioned as a comprehensive destination serving diverse users with highway services, dining, retail, entertainment, and hospitality. Each component is thoughtfully designed to meet specific needs while integrating seamlessly to deliver an engaging experience that encourages repeat visits- reflecting the project’s evolution.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION and near completion. Our office building project at MIHAN SEZ, Nagpur.
This 2,65,000 sq.ft. office building, set within a 2-acre site in MIHAN, Nagpur, is designed to reflect a progressive approach to workplace architecture. Departing from the conventional glass-box typology, the project embraces sustainable technologies, innovative materials, and an earthy, warm palette to create functional, high-efficiency spaces.

Living greens are central to the building's concept, with thoughtfully integrated terrace gardens and breakout spaces on every level to promote well-being and collaboration. The façade features strategically placed shading devices on the south and west sides, minimizing heat gain and reducing energy loads, while maximizing indoor comfort. This development sets new standards in modern office design, combining environmental responsiveness with human-centric architecture.
