Prof.Purushottam Agarwal talks about his novel Nakohus:Commenting on the growing crisis of violent politics of hurt feelings a decade ago, Purshottam Agrawal had proposed in a satirical article that a 'hurt feeling commission' should be formed in the country. Although no such commission has been established in practice, but Purushottam Agarwal has given such a fictional commission. His name is 'Nakohas', which means 'National Commission of Hurt Sentiments.'
