in last 2 months , manually Facebook logged in 2 times. 😁
app removed from mobile for 3 months. First time did it😀

I am seeing everything haraa bhara without me, I am active or inactive Facebook does not give me anything. 😉

Next aim is insta and twitter app uninstall ... for a month or two from mobile... later it can become a healthy habit automatically... ....

why ? digital detox is must for healthy brain... social media apps make our brain lazy n dull.... these can fill only sh*ttt to our brain....😅
we should use these for business growth or for profession only in today's era.
