Sometimes the wound is created when emotional presence, protection, validation, guidance, or safety were missing.

And many adults are still unconsciously living from that unmet space.

It can show up as:
• Difficulty trusting yourself
• Overgiving in relationships
• Fear of authority
• Struggling with boundaries
• Feeling unseen or unsupported
• Constantly seeking validation

What wasn’t received externally… often becomes an inner struggle internally.

But awareness is where healing begins. 🤍
