Mobility WOD!
We all know how important movement is for our body. Every single bone in our body is there for a reason and just like an old car 🚗 gets rusted while laying idle so does our body!
Our joints and muscles need movement in order for our body to avoid stiffness and rigidness which is a major factor for various pains and injuries.
Make sure you are adding mobility in your workout routine in some form. Trust us it will only improve your form and your overall being of human.
