Chapter 2 coming shortly.
You walked out today.
You didn’t think about it.
Someone else had to.
No one should have to be brave just to step outside.
We are working to change that.
Because independence shouldn't be inspiring.

If you could choose just one accessibility innovation, what would it be?
AI assistant app
Robot guide dog
Smart glasses
Driverless car
We often talk about futuristic technology.
But in India, accessibility is experienced during everyday journeys —
crossing roads, finding platforms, navigating crowded streets.
So the real question is:
Which innovation would actually make movement easier today?
Even as new technology evolves, many tools already exist that support independence and mobility. The impact lies in choosing what works in real environments.
Which one would you choose — and why?

*5 minutes from you can help make roads safer for 5 million people.*
Road safety in India currently does not account for visually impaired pedestrians as a primary user group. This means that for millions of people, stepping out of home itself becomes a risk — not because of inability, but because systems were never designed to include them.
At RSKC, we have been building accessible journeys across India and globally for years. But one thing has become very clear — no matter how well a journey is designed, it often breaks at the road.
If this is not solved at a national level, accessible journeys cannot truly sustain without difficulty.
That is why we are taking this issue forward. But we cannot do this without the community.
If you have ever faced difficulty or felt unsafe on roads, please take 5 minutes to share your experience and your suggestions here:
https://forms.gle/ZnsEXHGR35TdEpma8
What you share will not just stay here — it will be used to push for real change.
This form will take just 5 minutes.
Your responses will directly contribute to building solutions, influencing policy, and making roads safer — not just for visually impaired citizens, but for everyone.
Your experience is not small. It is what can change the system.

Blind women detecting breast cancer?
Yes. And tumours as small as 6–8 mm.
Through the work of Shalini Khanna, NAB India, Meenakshi Gupta, and trained Medical Tactile Examiners, inhighly trained sense of touch to help identify early breast cancer.
Something many people thought was impossible is now quietly happening inside clinics.
In a country where very few women undergo breast-cancer screening, this model is expanding early detection while opening real healthcare roles for visually impaired women.
A reminder:
Ability was never the problem.
Our imagination was.
Respect to the examiners, doctors, and trainers making this real.

Imagine a shopkeeper who leaves 𝟑𝟎% of his shop closed.
Customers can only buy from the remaining 𝟕𝟎%.
How much money does he lose?
𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝘁. 𝗜 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁.
𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿.
Millions of blind citizens cannot participate fully in education, work, travel, and services.
So the economy runs with part of its workforce locked out.
