1. Responsible for the overall development of product strategy- UI, Features, Tools & entire
functioning of the website.
2. Collaborates with many non-technical teams, including sales, marketing, and technical team- in
house or outside partners.
3. Responsible for providing a layout to tech team on the development of a product.
4. Track Google analytics, web analytics & other website analytics tool to measure and analyze the
website performance & user behavior
5. Analyze the result and take corrective actions to improvise the product
6. Maintain monthly MIS and update it to the senior management
7. Manage the website; work with our in-house designers, integrators and programmers
8. Make website recommendations based on user feedback satisfaction studies, competitive
benchmarks and analytic tools
9. Coordinate with marketing & sales team to get the necessary feedback on product and implement
the changes required
10. Coordinate with tech team to see the development work in pipeline with team and allocate the
work accordingly
