The Death of Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi in 2024:

On May 19, 2024, an Iranian Air Force helicopter crashed near the village of U*i in East Azerbaijan, Iran. The tragic incident resulted in the loss of several prominent lives, including:

1. Ebrahim Raisi: President of Iran.
2. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian: Foreign Minister of Iran.
3. Malek Rahmati: Governor-General of East Azerbaijan.
4. Mohammad Ali Ale-Hashem: Representative of the Supreme Leader in East Azerbaijan.
5. **Head of the President's Security Team**.
6. **Three flight crew members**⁵.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and various factors are being considered. These include aviation safety issues within Iran, the possibility of external involvement, and internal political dynamics. Given the sensitive context, speculation abounds, but official findings are yet to be released.
