We are delighted to welcome the 11th batch of STEP Academy. This cohort brings together a diverse group of participants, ranging in age from 16 to 28 years, with academic backgrounds spanning from Class 10 to Master’s graduates, representing Nagaland, Manipur, and Assam.

We look forward to an engaging and impactful program ahead, and to supporting this batch in their journey of growth and development.

STEP will be conducting a 2-hour workshop on Soft Skills & Marketing for the postmasters of India Post in Dimapur.

We’ll be focusing on communication at the counter, emotional intelligence in public service, and practical marketing strategies to strengthen community trust and awareness of postal services.

Because in Nagaland, the post office isn’t just a service point — it’s a pillar of trust.

We’re super excited to welcome Zinglei R Shimray as our new Program Manager.

Zinglei is a graduate of John Roberts Theological College, Shillong, and is also an alum of STEP Academy.
