We have finally decided to add another item to our menu. Say Hi! to Keema Noodles. It's a simple DIY noodles consisting of three layers i.e. the sauce , the noodles and the keema (minced meat).
Noodles: We tried working with different noodle types and after testing (and tasting), we have decided to go ahead with Spaghetti. Even though its not conventional and takes longer to cook, we felt that it gives a better structure and bite.
Sauce : The base which is the heart of this dish will have sesame oil, sesame paste , vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, msg, salt, chilli oil and garlic water.
Keema: The protein that we will be using is Chicken. We feel that since the sauces are on the heavier side, the chicken keema balances everything well when it's mixed together.
After adequate tasting and testing, we feel comfortable enough to go ahead and serve this dish to you all. This item will be up on on our Menu starting 23rd May.
