Recipe details:
Ghee (clarified butter)
Suji (semolina)
Doodh (Milk)
Doodh powder (Milk Powder)
Green edible colour
Cheenee (Sugar)
Elachi Powder (cardamom powder)
Dry fruits (as per your choice)

Put ghee in a pan, when the ghee is hot, add semolina and roast it till it turns light brown. Then add milk powder and green edible color to the milk. When the semolina turns brown in color, add milk to it and keep stirring slowly. Turn the semolina over, then add sugar and cardamom powder to it. After the semolina is cooked, add dry fruits to it and make burfi out of it, then garnish with dry fruits and serve.
