Some days call for a drink, but not necessarily alcohol. 🍃
Been exploring the Himalayan botanical brews from The 6th Element — layered, nuanced, and surprisingly complex in flavour, with ingredients like rhododendron, sea buckthorn, blue pea flower, kilmora berry, and Himalayan coffee- built over the base of black barley Malt.
No alcohol, no compromise, just beautifully crafted botanical depth. 🌿⛰️
Congratulations Team on this winner 🏆

A knowledge-packed refresher on Californian wines with the ever-energetic and 🍷

Five wines beautifully showcased the diversity of terroir and the compelling value California brings to the table. A plush yet well-balanced Chardonnay led the way, followed by an elegant Pinot Noir, a vibrant fruity-spicy Zinfandel, and two distinctive Cabernets that rounded off this late afternoon tasting.

A rather perfect way to ease into the week ✨

An evening well spent at Golden Hours with Camikara 🥃✨

At Call Me Ten, Basant Lok, we had the opportunity to deep-dive into Camikara 3YO – India’s 1st pure cane juice aged rum 🇮🇳🌾

At the engaging event guided by the well known beverage proponent We explored the rum in three distinct formats:

• Neat – to understand its unadulterated structure, oak influence, and natural sweetness.
• With a few drops of water – which opened up the aromatics beautifully, revealing greater nuance and depth.
• Well chilled – where the texture tightened and the profile felt more focused and crisp. (This one paired exceptionally well with dark chocolate ✌️)

It was fascinating to observe how temperature and dilution altered the rum’s expression — a reminder that serving conditions can dramatically shape perception.

Paired with the thoughtfully curated dishes at Call Me Ten, the evening struck the perfect balance between craft spirits and cuisine. 🍽️🔥

A fine showcase of how Indian rum is evolving — confidently, characterfully, and with serious pedigree.
