Angamardana - The ultimate power workout - June 5 to 9
🌟“Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. Angamardana is a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health.
🌟This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
💪🏼All you need is a 6ft x 6ft space. Your body is everything. Angamardana uses your own body weight and movement and needs no fitness equipment. This is the perfect workout that rejuvenates your whole body, without having to go to the gym!
💪🏼Its ideal for people with a hectic lifestyle as it can be practiced anywhere, even during travel and only takes 25 - 30 minutes to do.
🙏🏼Regular practice of Angamardana Regenerates the body in multiple ways :�1. It strengthens the spine, skeletal and muscular systems �2. Builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity �3. Invigorates the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom in the body�4. Prepares the body for Hatha Yoga
