Change of plan!

I’m no longer teaching a class tomorrow morning. The 8am class is cancelled.

My next class will be on Wednesday 27th December 8am - 9.30am at Bhakti Kutir.

My teaching programme for the Christmas season is as follows;

Daily classes for the rest of this week including Saturday and Sunday (23rd/24th).

No class on Monday or Tuesday (25th/26th).

Classes from Wednesday 27th onwards daily up to and including New Years Eve (31st December).

No class on Monday January 1st 2018.

Classes daily from Tuesday January 2nd onwards.

Daily classes are from 8-9.30 at Bhakti Kutir.

Yoga update 💕

I’ll be starting class in the Swami Ji shala, Bhakti Kutir, tomorrow 8 - 9.30am. Traditional Hatha yoga lesson comprising of pranayama, asana and meditation.

As Swami Ji would say ‘the first steps to higher consciousness”.

The back entrance to the shala is now closed, so to enter please go into Bhakti Kutir through the front gates, and to the shala from there.

UPDATE: I’m sorry to say that there will be no class on Wednesday due to the rain. The shala is more like a pond. Inches deep in water.

I’ll keep an eye on it tomorrow and keep you updated.

Classes will either start on Thursday or Monday 11th depending on what the rain allows.

Sorry for the false start. We’ll get there eventually.
