“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God” (Exodus 20:8–10).

This verse reminds us that the Sabbath is not just a day of physical rest but also a sacred appointment with God. The *Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary* explains that the Sabbath commandment calls humanity to pause from daily labors and reorient life around the Creator, acknowledging that time itself belongs to Him. It emphasizes both worship and rest, serving as a sign of trust in God's provision and a foretaste of the eternal rest promised in Christ.

Happy Sabbath! May this holy day bring you peace, renewal, and deeper fellowship with God. 🌿✨

What a blessed day. It's a great feeling when you realize that all you need for true happiness isn't in a store, but in a peaceful heart and a quiet mind. Today was a beautiful gift of that. Thank you, Lord, for this contentment.

"He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul." – Psalm 23:2-3

Today, before going to bed, I would love to share a powerful Bible message that I read during my study. Mark 13:3-23 reminds us of the signs Jesus gave about the last days—warnings of deception, false prophets, and tribulations. He tells us, “Watch out that no one deceives you” (Mark 13:5), urging us to stay spiritually alert. These signs are not to cause fear but to strengthen our faith and dependence on Him. Jesus assures us that even in trials, the Holy Spirit will speak through us (Mark 13:11). This passage calls us to trust in God’s plan, stay firm in our faith, and live each day prepared for His return. Are we truly watching and waiting with faith?

Let’s pray: Lord, help us to remain faithful, discerning, and steadfast in Your truth. Give us the wisdom to recognize deception and the strength to endure with faith. Amen.

Psalms 118:8 reminds us that it is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans. This verse emphasizes the importance of placing our faith and reliance on God, who is unfailing and all-powerful, rather than on people, who are fallible and limited. Jesus, through his teachings and miracles, demonstrated this truth time and again, urging his followers to believe in him and his divine power. As Hebrews 13:8 states, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever," highlighting his unchanging nature and unwavering faithfulness. When we place our trust in Jesus, we can be assured that he will never fail us.

In the stillness of our hearts, amidst the chaos of the world, we find solace in the divine presence. "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10). This timeless verse reminds us that true strength and peace come from surrendering to the Almighty. When we quiet our minds and release our anxieties, we open ourselves to the boundless love and guidance that God offers. In those moments of stillness, we recognize that He is our refuge, our ever-present help in times of trouble. Trust in His unwavering presence, for He is the source of all peace and strength.
