Location - Sec 35, Gurgaon

Salary - upto 15000 in hand + Incentive

Qualification - Graduation

Experience - Minimum 6 months in calling

Responsibilities:

Ensure regular follow-up with clients/Customers to Recovery the loan Amount and Payment at different locations assigned

Ensure that the database of the existing client is maintained by the executives at different locations

Define new strategies to recover the amount from the customers

Get the approval from the management on the new strategy and implement the same across different locations

Ensure have knowledge about land and Legal formalities about State govt bodies

Ensure all the locations follow the categories defined by the company

Ensure that the team achieves the Target closure of the A and B Customers

Follow up with the executives managing different locations to ensure customers are informed of different options and modes of the payments

Decide on the payment collection mode

Requisite Skills:

Any graduate with a flair to convince customers

Good Managerial Skills

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Local Language, Hindi is a must

Prior experience in similar role would be an advantage

Knowledge of local language Kannada, Hindi and English are a must

Considerable experience in a similar position
