Returns are Not Used Products!
There are two types of E-commerce returns:

1. Customer Returned - Products that which customer tries, wears/uses and he/she doesn't like the product, so they apply for a return.
2. Return to Origin - Any product which is not delivered to the customer, unsold leftovers, or product packaging got damaged or gains cosmetic scratches over the product body.

Products listed over Return2kart are R.T.O (Return to Origin). They are Brand New products, with small cosmetic scratches over the body (majorly in the case of appliances & other electronic accessories).

The average e-commerce return rate hovers around 20-30%.

There are predictable and common reasons for returns, such as sizing issues, wrong gifts, purchase of multiple products with an intent to return some/all, couldn't be delivered to the customer, customer chickened out from COD orders, or a failure to set correct customer expectations.

Many of such orders are Brand New but their packaging gets distorted, due to in-transit movements.

All these 'Returns' are brought back to the cart over one platform, i.e. Return2kart.
