Product training session by Mark Roos, Product Manager, SFC Energy, at the Service Bi-Annual Engineers’ Meet on 2 April

A very knowledgeable and interactive session focused on product design, troubleshooting, insights on benefits of Direct Methanol Fuel Cells, tech, customer experience enhancement and best practices for optimal product use was conducted by Mark Roos. There was a substantive exchange of ideas, where our service engineers also contributed their practical insights and made suggestions for improvements in product design.

The FCT Service Bi Annual Engineers’ Meet is on again in Gurgaon !

Our pan-India Service Engineers are attending an intense four day training capsule that includes a refresher as well as sessions on product management, new products/ solutions & sharing experiences from the field.

Our MD & CEO, Col Karandeep Singh, officially opened the session today with a powerful reminder: Our engineers are the vital bridge between cutting-edge clean energy technology and real-world impact, and exhorted them to put their best foot forward and lead the clean energy transition through “Service Excellence”.

End-user Fuel Cell Training

As part of our regular and consistent client training and outreach activities, a one week refresher course on our Fuel Cell Systems, including the JENNY 600S, EMILY 3000 and the Multi Utility Ruggedized Power Bank (MAGMA) system, was recently concluded by us for 28 Armed Forces personnel in the North East India. The aim was to create a wider pool of trained manpower, enable efficient operations, perform basic troubleshooting and maximize the efficient utilization of these Fuel Cell systems at the user level. The interactive training comprised theory, practical and physical handling before certification.
