MRM reality

In April, a client named Anup Singh(Jharkhand) approached me via Magicbricks, claiming he wanted to invest ₹12 crore with us. He invited us to Asansol, West Bengal, on April 9th–10th and again on May 4th–5th. We stayed at Fern Residences and later met him at Jyoti International Hotel, where he introduced us to Mr. Gupta(kolkata)?and Mr. Agarwal(Kolkata). Anup and another man named Suraj(Jharkhand) staged an investment pitch. After we returned to Delhi, Anup began demanding money, negotiating from ₹30 lakh down to ₹6 lakh. He sent fake Aadhaar and PAN cards, which we verified as fraudulent. When we refused, he became abusive and tried to scam us. This entire ordeal was a lesson—always verify, stay alert, and never trust blindly.
