ACIC SGTU Community Innovation Centre, in collaboration with Beyond the Classroom, successfully hosted the Bharat Yuva Capacity Building Programme – National Bootcamp 2026 from 12th to 14th March 2026 at SGT University.

The three-day residential bootcamp brought together young leaders, innovators, and aspiring changemakers to explore governance, public policy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

We were honored to have Mr. Abhishek Gupta, COO, YuWaah at UNICEF, as the Chief Guest, whose inspiring address encouraged youth-led impact and nation-building.

Participants engaged in sessions on governance systems, participatory governance, district administration, and innovation-driven problem-solving. The program also featured a Fireside Chat and an Impact-Thon, where teams developed solutions to real-world challenges.

The bootcamp hosted an esteemed lineup of speakers including Mr. Shantanu Sheorey, Ms. Palakh Khanna, Ms. Malika Pandey, Mr. Manan Singh, and Mr. Nikhil Arya, who shared valuable insights and experiences.

The event concluded with the Impact-Thon Final Pitch, where participants presented their solutions before a distinguished jury, followed by a closing ceremony recognizing outstanding teams.

ACIC SGTU Community Innovation Center is honored to welcome Shri Khalid Wani is the Special Chief Guest for the CodeSphere 36 Hours Hackathon at SGT University.

Mr. Khalid Wani is a distinguished Indian business leader, Founder & Group CEO of KWCG and Director at One Capital Ltd. (NBFC), known for his strategic vision and investments across sectors such as finance, mobility, emerging technologies, and culture. Recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree, he is widely regarded as a forward-thinking investor and a respected voice in the global startup ecosystem.

With over two decades of cross-industry experience, Mr. Wani has invested in and advised multiple startups, guiding entrepreneurs on fundraising, market entry, and business scalability. His leadership and mentorship have empowered founders and innovators to build sustainable ventures and navigate high-stakes business decisions.

Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Wani has delivered 300+ sessions globally, mentoring over three lakh students across leading institutions including IITs, IIMs, and international universities. His sessions focus on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world entrepreneurship, inspiring young innovators to turn ideas into impactful ventures.

ACIC–SGTU Community Innovation Center had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Leon Husson from PUM Netherlands.

Dr. Leon Husson is an international business expert associated with PUM Netherlands, a Dutch organization that provides senior experts to support entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide. With extensive experience in business strategy, market development, and innovation, he works closely with startups and organizations to help them strengthen their market positioning and scale their ventures.

During the visit, he engaged in one-on-one interactions with our incubated startups, discussing key aspects of building successful ventures, including understanding market demand, identifying the right customer segments, and navigating the startup ecosystem.

Our incubatees had the opportunity to share their ideas, progress, and challenges, while gaining valuable insights from his global experience in business strategy and innovation.
