➡️Job Description:
We are hiring for Sales Associate position in Bangalore and Delhi NCR.
We are looking for highly active, skilled and experienced candidates who can add value in our company.
➡️Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities for Sales Associate are as:
● Generate leads within your assigned market or geographic area.
● Have to sell a cloud based Human Resource Management System.
● Complete software sales cycle from lead generation- product demo to closure
● Research and build network with new clients
● Identify potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network
● Identify potential client decision makers and the company practice leaders/principals
● Plan approaches and pitches
● Set up the meeting between client decision makers and the company’s practice leaders/principals
● Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients
● Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

➡️Desired Candidate Profile:
● Must have 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales
● Should have follow ups and excellent negotiation skills
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Good at local language like English and Tamil/Kannada
● Comfortable with travel
● Candidates from IT Sales background given preference
● Experience in manufacturing sector will be add advantage

➡️Salary:
● As per the Industry standards (Also based upon candidate skills and experience) with best in Industry Incentives.

➡️Work Timing:
09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (MON – FRI). 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday Off.

➡️Eligibility Criteria:
● Any graduate with minimum 2-3 years of B2B Sales experience
● Eligible candidate must have pleasing personality, professional attitude, presenter and negotiator of ideas
● Eligible candidate must have tangible proof to showcase her/his past performance
