DJI Avata FPV drone with 18 minute flight time launched
DJI recently added another product to its existing lineup called the Avata FPV drone. According to the company, Avata offers ‘the ultimate immersive drone experience’ for first-person view drone fans.
Featuring a 2,420mAh battery, DJI claims Avata has a flight time of up to 18 minutes. It offers a 155-degree field of view thanks to an ultrawide camera with a 1/1.7″ CMOS sensor. Users can capture 4K videos at 60fps or opt to record 2.7K videos at 50,60,100 or 120 fps.
The DJI Avata can either hover like a normal drone or accelerate quickly and get in and out of tight spaces. The company also claims that it can stop ‘in a fraction of a second.’ In case you manage to somehow land the drone on its back, DJI says the new ‘Turtle mode’ can help flip itself and take off without hassles.
If you want to buy just the drone, it will cost you $629 (approx Rs 50,000) whereas the Pro-View combo that includes the drone, DJI Goggles 2, and DJI Motion Controller will cost you $1,388 (approx Rs 1,11,000). Unfortunately, it is still unclear if DJI Avata FPV drone will be available for purchase in India.

iPhone 14 rumored release date, price, specs and all the latest leaks
The iPhone 14 is likely to show up on September 7, as Apple has confirmed the date for its big Apple September Event. But the iPhone 14 rumors are already out in full force, giving us a clear picture of what to expect from the iPhone 14 range.
The standard iPhone 14 should be rather similar to the iPhone 13, though we're expecting some improved features and specs over the current models. In addition to the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, we're likely to see a larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max (or iPhone 14 Plus) that shares many of the same specs.
It's the iPhone 14 Pro models are expected to offer a bigger redesign, finally killing off the infamous display notch, opting for a punch-hole and pill-shaped dual display cutout design instead. An improved main 48MP camera and new A16 Bionic chip are also in the cards for the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, along with a possible always-on display.
A suite of rumors thus far have the iPhone 14 tipped to stick with the A15 Bionic chip, while the iPhone 14 Pro modes are expected to get a new A16 chip (something the iPhone 15 series may also do too). Ming Chi-Kuo has thrown his weight behind this chip rumor, adding that Apple plans to ship more iPhone 14 Pro models than standard iPhone 14s.
If you're interested in how much extra power the A16 could offer, there have been some leaked benchmarks that could give us a clue. However, we'd argue that the A15 Bionic is so powerful that having it in the iPhone 14 is going to be no bad thing, and you should dismiss the standard iPhone 14 models just because they ay lack a silicon upgrade.
The rumors so far claim that all four iPhone 14 models will have 6GB RAM, a boost from 4GB on the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. However, the base models would use LPDDR4X RAM like the current iPhone 13 range, while the Pro models will allegedly get faster and more efficient LPDDR5 RAM.
On the storage side, we'd expect Apple to continue with the options it has for the iPhone 13 range, which start at 128GB and go up to 1TB for the Pro models.
