Abhishekh Gupta from Gurgaon who has lost 20 kgs says :

Dr.Ruchi was recommended to me by a colleague from office. I had heard a lot in the past about diet plans etc. but was always sceptical. However given that I was really going through an all-time high weight level resulting in high risk medical reports, I decided to give it a try.

The first diet chart and tips seemed very daunting and uphill. However I gave it an honest attempt. After 2 weeks when I went for the first follow up I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had infact lost few KGs. From there I got enthused and got more hope and faith to keep at it.

I really liked the entire approach with Dr.Ruchi; some of the things that stood out for me were:
§ Customized plan keeping my physical condition and requirements in mind
§ No crash diets or starving, just a more balanced approach
§ Practical tips with easy to do solutions (No utopian stuff)
§ Flexibility to exclude things I didn’t like (Yes, I could negotiate my way…. At times…!!)
§ Regular outreach and contact – she was always a call or whatsapp message away for any questions or clarifications
§ My work involved frequent travel and I thought this was going to be my undoing – however the special travel tips ensured that I could maintain the routines during extensive travel

Finally after approximately 4-5 months, loosing 20 kgs and reaching my target weight levels (FROM 96 Kgs to 76 kgs), I do feel a new lease of physical self. All Thanks to Dr. Ruchi Puri

Dr.Ruchi is a high quality professional expert who knows her stuff and a great human being to top it…. Always great to interact with her!

Modern version of the Hippocratic Oath -excerpts

I swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability and judgment, this covenant:...
I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures which are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.

I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.

I will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery.

I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick.

I will prevent disease whenever I can but I will always look for a path to a cure for all diseases.

I will remember that I remain a member of society, with special obligations to all my fellow human beings, those sound of mind and body as well as the infirm.
