Clean room is high end technology which helps in improving production quality, by reducing production process time which leads to major savings in production cost, helping the industry get more efficient.
Clean room is classified in many classes depending on the cleanliness of the air in which the number of particles equal to and greater than 0.5 µm is measured in one cubic foot of air and this count is used to classify the room.
At JSP (JAPANESE STANDARD PROCESSING), our operations of Clean Room are Dust free, as we follow strict procedures, starting with washing hands to wearing clean suits and gloves and all our clean room employees enter clean room through a high pressure air blower eliminating all harmful suspended dust particles, this operation is Japanese Standard.
