𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐘 2026 - 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩

Microfinance Industry Network (MFIN)’s 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 team came together at the Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) Lucknow on 9-10 March 2026 for SYNERGY 2026, our annual planning workshop.

The workshop began with welcome remarks by Rama Kamaraju, Head – State Initiatives, reflecting on a landmark year of achievements and setting the vision for the sessions ahead.

Over two intensive days, the team reviewed the past year’s work, refined Standard Operating Procedures, and charted a clear roadmap for the year ahead. One-on-one interactions with the CEO also provided valuable space for professional growth and individual development.

Set against the BIRD's serene campus, the workshop offered an ideal environment for focused deliberations, collaboration, and team bonding.
