The Oak House in Sitla is a 8200 Sq.ft. three-storeyed structure with a Utility Floor, Lower and Upper Ground Floor. The Upper Ground Floor, the main storey of the house, is where one enters the house, through a courtyard crowned by the oak tree.

The basic premise of the architecture was to create a museum like simplicity and scale. The bold glass fenestration on all three sides of the structure lets the surroundings engulf the interiors of the house like an endless moving artwork, for everyone to witness.

With minimal interventions in the existing deluxe rooms at HVR, Studio IV made significant impact. Pop bright yellow and teal palette, color blocked accent walls of headboard, a new accent yellow coloured arm chair and new stone tops on existing furniture were designed to soften the vibe of the rooms.

Toilets were refurbished with a teal blue vanity and tropical motif yellow tiles, for an overall neutral palette

The two-bay suites are an expansive set of rooms designed by Studio IV, among other rooms at HVR. These pool facing suites showcase a calm tropical vibe, engulfed with blue green pastel hues.

These shades are coupled alongside the white and grey elements in the suite and attempt to blurr the indoor outdoor extents.

Studio IV revamped the distinguished pan-Asian restaurant Mamamiso as part of the HVR Revamp, utilizing a fusion of vibrance and color to preserve its charm. A unique pallet of natural oak wood, wicker, and coral pink, coupled with grey tones, was created to infuse Asian sensibility with a twist of fun and youth.

To create intricate details, Studio IV used custom cast coral pink terrazzo table tops, grey terrazzo look quartz table tops and counters, faux wicker on aluminum tubular chairs, coral pink glazed tiles, black metal, and solid oak wood with natural wicker. In addition to indoor seating, the restaurant features outdoor deck seating and extended seating in the garden.

The live interactive kitchen adds animation to the space, allowing guests to witness the food being plated.
