Description: The project brief was to design a commercial cm residential building tower which looks cohesive in terms of its look and feel. The commercial wings carries the same design feature as residential, yet the balconies from individual flats creates a unique appearance. The Ribbon like parapet wall which continues to form a blended and interesting form. Each floors Balconies have little different shape along with the ribbon like parapet wall, which creates a harmony among differences. The building allows a grand entrance to residential zone with triple heighted space.

Description: The project brief was to design front elevation for G+4 Structure. The front structure & concrete work was already built.
The front & side setbacks were almost negligible. It was a challenge to come up with a design without disrupting the existing built structure.

Hence a very compact yet beautiful design was crafted keeping in mind the cost and the space crunch.
We visualized the space to enhance the elegance of the structure and fulfill clients desire.

Upcoming commercial complex project at Gaya.

This project is interesting in term of its elevational design which offers an undulating surfaces and geometric triangular extrusions.

The building invites outdoor daylights throughout its mid structure, Its like being cut from the middle and daylight is being allowed to come inside naturally. The front glass façade gives the entire building a highly modern and elegant look.
