Empowering rural women!

SWADESH Organization with the help of Mukhyamantri Laghu Avam Kutir udhyam Vikas board Jharkhand Govt conducted a 3-day exposure visit to Bhojpuri Craft Producer Company, Bihar, for women from Padma under the Handicraft Development Scheme. They explored wood craft production, packaging, and marketing, gaining new skills and inspiration for entrepreneurship.

SWADESH, in collaboration with Mukhyamantri Laghu Avam Kutir udhyam Vikas board Jharkhand Govt', organised a 25-day Wooden Craft training program for 30 women. The initiative aimed to equip them with skills, boost self-reliance, and promote local craftsmanship.

The holy occasion of Diwali brought immense joy to the Birhor Colony in Shizhua village, Ichak. SWADESH Organisation, in collaboration with Kidevers Tatra Foundation, Mumbai,distributed warm clothes, new garments, and shoes among needy children, elderly, and women, bringing smiles to their faces.

Approximately 50 children and elderly benefited from this initiative. SWADESH Organisation is continuously working for education, women's empowerment, and welfare of the poor in Hazaribag, Chatra, and Koderma districts of Jharkhand.
