Hello Hisar Citizens!
Its my humble request to everyone please raise your voice against stray cows. one more important thing these cows are not stray they have owners who just throw them outside after milking them. so its not our responsibility to feed these cows(indirectly their owners ). in any form like house kitchen garbage , fruit leftouts and green fodder.
-- hisar is getting dirty due to these cows
-- every third accident within city is due to these cows
-- every day someone is getting hit by these cows (only 2% incidents came in news )
So i urge everyone please be responsible citizen and if someone is to feed them than please go to gausalas for that.
