The Psychology Of Technology And Humanity

Technology has altered our behavior since the earliest people exploited it to become more adaptable, never more so than now. Numerous new subfields of psychology have emerged to aid our understanding of the nature of behavior in various spheres of life, (For instance, business, education, the economy, religion, and the environment.). Fortunately or, Unfortunately, the psychology of technology is appeared to lead the whole.

An observation of mine behind technology, there exists “terms & conditions”, “cautions” etc for users before buying the technology. But shame that technology has been a fashion show; where the role of technology is an enhancement in human adaption - it is not for fashion. The wrong utilization of technology gave priority to imperialism.

In today's world, volatility and uncertainty are usually the norms. As a result, people become more uncomfortable and distressed by this unpredictable nature as they attempt to complete their daily tasks and advance their careers. It has also influenced how people use technology to control their daily activities and emotional states, including the internet, video games, online chatting, exercise, s*x, shopping, and gambling.
Technology addiction, also known as process addiction or "nonsubstance-related addiction," is a persistent urge for a person to engage in a specific activity despite adverse effects on their health, mental state, or social life, including the natural environment as determined by the user.

Philosophic Observation:

First to state that change is needed and is better for human life because humans in Kalyuga are not capable of establishing the connection between self and cosmos. The balance of the five elements of the human body is not maintained by humans and thus they are not self-controlled in nature. Just 5183 years ago ‘The Demon Kali’ or Kali Yuga began, and 426,877 years are left. Ancient Hinduism described the yuga as the worst time for the life cycle. In the technological context on earth, humans have no time to think of self-strength due to the maintenance of Imperialism. Human behavioral functions are frequently changing in the development period of “adding technical assistance in human life” for the future.

We are in the flow of fast-forward development of the machine brain - the fireball transformed into a smart technical ball through the human realization domain. And the development of technology is processing toward machine-man equality.
Already machines are in use to help humans, but nowadays machines are in a role not only to help humans but to control humans, in this context, the tendency of the controller is everything. They are collecting the most insightful data, hence no users are unique with smart technology. When people are losing uniqueness, the functionality of sensual joy is losing its characteristics, in effect, the mental state of humans is imbalanced. The structure of the process is to maintain - what? I think Science gave us the sequences to monetize the future for future civilization.

Why Technology?

My final realization about the appearance of technology is to develop a technology that will help in future humans' survival to maintain a culture without earth, maybe.

If there are no data sets from ancient history, the research behind ‘who we are?’, is a completely unreal trying from the day of realization about self. Humans successfully launched a modern space telescope on 25th Dec 2021,5:50 pm IST ‘JWST(James Webb Space Telescope)’ above 15 lakh km from the earth by the effort of European Space Agency, NASA, and the Canadian Space Agency, to observe universal activities for simplifying the answer that ‘who we are?’. Now, the development of earthly research is almost done, and space vibes are rhyming. In my realization, the nature of technology is a psychology of believing unseen behaviors by proof to stabilize humanly observational dimensions.

Technology gave us the strength to carry collected and implemented data just in a single micro-chip for future civilization, think, if humans are carrying paper-scripted data to the outer planet, it is funny of thinking such activity to overcome neuro satisfaction. Technology has appeared as additional strength to overcome needs.

So technology is a future-oriented event to handle the future, but the nature of humans is to live in present to be happy. In this case, only a proper understanding of the use of technology can gift stability.

HOW IS HUMANITY CHANGING DUE TO TECHNOLOGY?

Rapid technological advancements are creating both new risks and opportunities for human prosperity. But we are loving technology, right? There are reasons behind our emotions toward technology. Technology on earth replaced traditional terms with the strength of digitalization. Humans are habituated to living with technology. The Psychology of Technology aims to help users to understand and improve the relationship between people and technology to build the desired future.

Human biology has a variety of adaptive processes that enable adaptation to environmental change that occurs over a range of timescales.
Hormones and the mind together maintain human moods and emotions. To state the human’s exact prime status vast research is still in process. We the modern “Homo Sapiens” now, are using intelligent technologies, and are busy in the development of the future across technological development. We are leading our lives toward a more materialistic lifestyle. In this case, we are dealing with the continuous development momentum. The brain needs space to stay under self-control effectively.


Collaboration of subjects is generating more fields to switch the future. Unfortunately, the subjects, ‘Psychology’ and ‘Technology’ together gave birth to ‘Psychology of Technology’ to lead the world to the future.
In the era of the Psychology Of Technology, humans are adding extra parameters( e.g. luxury ) to their lifestyles. The time is now when we are maintaining our daily life in switch mode.
