Heartfelt gratitude to the support team and the organiser for this wonderful experience. Finished 41st of 131, under 5:45, satisfied with my performance. Though there was no such scope to practice here at Kolkata due to excessive heat of summer. Just used the muscle memory and experience of last winter, specifically the event effort of Buddha trails 65K. Almost 2000 meters elevation gain is never a joke. But the most unique aspect of this trail was its elevation profile. Starting with 7 km sharp down then climbing up to Dawaipani was great but it was never easy to climb continuous 7 km uphill at the finish. Hope, this trail run will flourish more in its 2nd edition next year.
