Show Cause Notice to Mrs. Anshu Kumari Pandey


1. Attendance register of staff is maintained in a very untidy and unauthentic manner. White ink has been used in the attendance register in quite a few occasions.

2. No note has been given in respective spaces on the absence of some teachers and non-teaching staff.

3. Salary is being submitted in favour of Dhiren Das, Group D staff, who is a long-time absentee who had tendered his VRS application and the application has been forwarded to the DIS SE, Howrah.

4. No record of the court order related to the joining of Dhiren Das has been produced.

5. As per alleged illegal registration for Board Exam, total numbers of students in class VIII and IX are not matching with the previous year’s strength according to the students’ register. As per BSP, there is a huge difference in the students strength from class VIII and IX.

6. Excess fees have been collected from the students, especially from class IX students.

7. Students have been seen taking gutkhas and other intoxicating substances in the school premises itself.

8. Class routines are not properly arranged, maintained, and even classes are not done properly due to mismanagement. There are severe grudges among the guardians and the students.

9. The TIC takes various administrative decisions without consulting the Administrator.

10. Total staff are divided into groups, they used to quarrel with each other. Even they quarrelled in the presence of the enquiry team among themselves.

11. The clerk is not assigned any work by the TIC.

12. The space of serving MDM is completely unhygienic. Water purifier system is not functioning.

13. No cleaning and maintenance of urinals and toilets. Very bad odour has been coming out from there, leading the entire ground floor extremely unhygienic and unhealthy.

14. No records of the formation of the Staff and Academic Council.

15. The TIC is audacious and arrogant in nature while behaving with staff and administrator.

16. The TIC failed to produce any documents regarding her appointment as TIC.

17. SI, Bally Circle stated in her statement that the TIC has not been cooperating in any administrative work.

So, the Teacher-in-Charge has been given seven (7) days from the date of receiving of this notice to clarify her stand on the above-mentioned allegations and to show reasons as to why no punitive measures should be taken against her for the aforesaid misconduct.
