Process: International Voice and Non-Voice (Chat Support)

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities

Customer interaction via call/chat

Ability to resolve queries and provide service-related support

Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹2,83,772 – ₹4,00,008 per annum

Voice Process: ₹18,000 – ₹31,000 (based on experience)
