We are looking for a Senior Fraud, Risk and Payment Specialist in Hyderabad, India

The role of the Senior Fraud, Risk and Payment Specialist is to provide excellent customer service to the Group’s players by assisting them with a wide range of queries and transactions in accordance with Group policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for assisting other team members with complicated issues raised by the Group’s players, and for reviewing customer account and system alert activity. This role may require suitable candidates to work a variety of day, night and swing shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise directly with the Group’s players via multiple communication channels such as email and live chat, to assist with queries via providing fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous contacts per shift
Provide general account management assistance to customers and partners on behalf of the Group, in accordance with Group procedures
Handle and troubleshoot player issues, and escalating where appropriate, in accordance with Group procedures and guidelines
Escalation point for timely handling of specialist issues and both non-critical and critical emergencies
Review and process real-money transactions and transfers, and customer KYC documentation
Review and action system alerts generated by customer activity
Handle third-party processor contacts and escalations
Handle transaction reconciliation process and escalations
Handle and troubleshoot technical escalations affecting RM transactions, PM sales, internal tools
Provide accurate and timely information for management reporting purposes to assist in improving the end user experience
Stay fully up-to-date with all of the Group’s Guidelines, Policies and Procedures
Any other duties associated with assisting the Group’s players as requested by management

Essential

Passion for customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong customer service mentality with first-rate attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a busy team
Strong all-round understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Experience in online fraud investigations and/or online payments processing systems

Desirable

Proficiency in any additional languages
Previous gaming experience
Advanced knowledge of online and/or brick-and-mortar Poker, Casino or Sportsbook
Working knowledge of international document verification, KYC and AML/CFT procedures
Experience in credit card fraud and/or online payment processing merchant systems

The role:
We are looking for an IT Regional Support Analyst to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Bulgaria service office.

Why we need you:
The Stars Group is looking for passionate technical support expert to join our local regional office.

You will provide IT service and technical support to the local office and other locations as required. The endpoint software and hardware servicing and support will be your main responsibility. We always strive for customer support excellence and you will have full ownership of jobs assigned and keeping customers up to date. To record all work and actions in, and maintenance of, you will be using the LANDesk Service Desk system. You should also consider that there might be occasional travel to provide IT support at some of our exciting global live events!

Who are we looking for:
As an IT Support Analyst, you have relevant experience gained in a similar role within an IT environment. Multitasking and IT service skills are some of your greatest skills. Occasionally you might be required to work out of standard hours` work.

You’ll be able to show you can prioritize and work within tight timescales in order to meet deadlines. You will be working as part of a team but we are looking for a self-starter able to make progress with attention to detail minimal supervision. You have strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work on own initiative and seek support/guidance when appropriate. You communicate easily with both technical and non-technical staff and have excellent customer service skills.

You have a deep understanding of IT security fundamentals. You have experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and Apple Mac devices in a Windows Server domain environment. Your experience also includes supporting personal IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, tablets, smartphones and other peripherals

As the ideal candidate, you will have:
You are familiar with ITIL and IT networking and communication protocols and solutions. You have worked with virtual environments such as VDI. You have some working experience with Asterisk PBX and Microsoft Windows 10 in a Windows Server domain environment. You are available for on-call work.

We are looking for a Web Middle-tier Developer to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Bulgaria service office.

Why we need you:

As part of Web Development team you will be responsible for developing web applications middle tier applications with the objective of improving application quality, stability, performance and security. The applications developed will be aligned with the business requirements as set by the business partners. You`ll collaborate with other development teams and/or other team members the interfaces and APIs needed to carry out the development of the applications as required by the business partners.

In line with clear requirements and requests from the business partners, you`ll work with other developers, designers and product managers, as well as on your own, to develop high quality code that drives the WMT applications for a stable, performant and secure WMT applications. You`ll be an integral part of the team and remain current on industry standards and trends in web development across multiple browsers and platforms.

Who are we looking for: -

You are well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies and have at least 5 years of experience in developing java based applications. You are highly skilled in Java 8/9 and have deep understanding of OOP, HTTP/S, Cross Domain Integration, Web Application Security, WebSockets and communication protocols.

You have experience developing applications with Spring MVC, iBatis. You have experience with PCI-DSS standard and you are familiar with Git and best practices in Source Control Management. You have good knowledge of micro service architecture. You have excellent social skills and easily communicate with both technical and nontechnical team members. You have a Bachelor's Degree in one of: Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
