The study analysed more than 2.5 million posts from more than 200 countries and found that posts in the morning have a higher engagement rate than any other time of day.
Why is morning posting so popular? One possible reason is that people are more active at this time of day. Morning activities like getting breakfast and commuting tend to be shorter and less hectic than evening activities like watching TV or working out. Additionally, people are more likely to share content that’s relevant to them at this time of day.
