🧘‍♀️🌿 International Yoga Day Celebration at School 🌿🧘‍♂️

Our students enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day with great energy and excitement. The session began with simple yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation, helping children understand the importance of a healthy mind and body.

Yoga teaches us discipline, concentration, flexibility, and inner peace. It was wonderful to see our young learners participating with joy and confidence.

A healthy body, a calm mind, and a happy heart are the true gifts of yoga. 🌸
