3.Backend Developer: Must haves: NodeJS, PHP, Python, and RestAPIs, OOPS, Agile/Scrum
Good to have: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

4.RPA Developer: Must haves: RE frameworks, Ui Advanced Certification, Excel automation & VBA Macros, Communication skills, stakeholder management, Documentation skill(SDD, PDD, Handover documents)
Good to have: Rest API Automation, Ui path action center, Automation tools, coding language ( C #, Python, .NET, Java, etc)
