Openings For ORM Specialist:

To initiate listening of the brand on social media, digital, web and should be able to come up with immediate creative responses
Excellent understanding of the Search Engine behaviour, social media, forums, blogs, rating and reviews, etc.
Research online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand or individual and publish positive content that can then neutralize the effect of the former.
Proven customer handling skills for real time tracking and responding to customer queries and complaints on Social Media platforms.
An ability to actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible.
Co-coordinating with Internal teams to ensure timely delivery of daily monitoring reports.
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
Preparing presentations, Graphs, and analytical reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 2-5 Years of experience in a similar role.
Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking.
Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proficient in English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
Intelligent with a strong work ethic and amazing attitude.
Should be able to manage a tight grip of the ORM operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
