Beginning with a disclosing message which is related to the incident of September 17 Kamjong district Manipur, three brave cadres of PLA Captain Lucky, Captain Sanjit and Captain Ayangba were sacrificed their life in the ambush by Indian Security forces. Our Party is taken serious which may lead to a communal conflict that have been reported in some media about the incident of killing the three brave PLA freedom fighters brings confusion among the people.
Such situation of expressing in some media that the three brave freedom fighters of PLA cadres were killed in an ambush by armed rebel group of the region but the ambush was conducted by hostile mercenary groomed by the 21 Para and 5 AR of the Indian Army. The ambush was a continuing activity of the Indian army to suppress the freedom struggle.
Various agencies of the Government of India have been making all effort openly to create antagonism among the various communities of the region to suppress the People of Manipur. Creating divisions among the communities is one of their important strategies. Let the communities fight among themselves and ruling over on such conflict is the unavoidable characters of Colonial Government. Therefore, Indian government is continuously creating ill feeling to each communities. Although colonialism is look down on by majority of the people these days, India has been working hard to transform itself as a leading proponent of colonialism is well known by our people.
In the past collective history of Independent Manipur, there was no instance of antagonism or conflict among the indigenous communities of the State. However, some communities can be seen taking ethno-exclusive positions after Manipur was forcefully merged into the Indian. RPF never supports such ethno-exclusive ideas and activities, but we have been closely monitoring all activities driven by sectarian or communal politics.
Manipur is a state which is inhabited by different communities, where people of majority community treat the people of minority communities with love and respect. Not only during the reign of King but after getting freedom from the clutch of the British empire and right upto the merging into the Union of India, communities from the hill and valley have equally took part in the administration of the state. But after the merging of Manipur into the Union of India, a divide and rule policy among the different communities of the state can be seen, implemented by India. Manipur has a composite History and the freedom struggle is also composite. Knowing this, the Indian government has repeatedly drive a wedge among the different communities of the state in order to slow down the freedom struggle. This ridiculous attitude and action of the Indian government is getting clear to the people of the state with each day and will not succeed by any means.
RPF Liberation is not for a single or for some communities but it is for all the people of Manipur who belong to different communities. It’s a long liberation struggle, people of all communities joined the movement irrespective of religious affiliation and ethnicity. Not a single community has ever opposed or worked against our liberation movement, although a few arms and drug smugglers who are settled in border areas have been working against the movement at the instance of India. These people will get money and they may belong to any community. Just because they are working against the movement, their whole communities cannot be blamed.
Those organization and individuals who have fallen prey to the overt and covert strategies of Indian Government are consider as devoid of the land’s environment and history and non-respect their forefathers. RPF respects each and every fellow revolutionaries of the state and are happy that the some respect is given to RPF by other revolutionaries of the state. And appeals to stand united against any action by the Indian government and work towards in achieving freedom of the state.
